User Accounts

One Account per Person: Each user may maintain only one account.
Content and Conduct
Your Content: You retain ownership of the fly patterns and content you create, but grant Thread & Hook a license to display and share it on the platform.
Community Guidelines: All users must:
- Be respectful and constructive in interactions
- Share original patterns or properly credit sources
- Not post spam, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Follow fly swap commitments and community agreements
Fly Swaps and Exchanges
Participation: Fly swaps are community-organized events. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Commitment: By joining a fly swap, you commit to following through with your obligations to other participants.
Shipping: Participants are responsible for shipping costs and ensuring safe delivery of flies.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use the platform for commercial purposes without permission
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
- Impersonate other users or entities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Share copyrighted patterns without permission
Platform Availability
We strive to keep Thread & Hook available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Thread & Hook is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in community activities.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
